Over 70's match 4th August 2021
On a beautiful morning 10 over 70s prepared to do battle on Alders. Bream had been caught on the previous match and great anticipation of a few more today. The start was very slow and that set the pace for the rest of the match. The waggler came out tops with odd fish to the feeder. B Pallett came out tops with an impressive 7lbs 10oz of silver fish, second was K Hodges with one bream for 3lbs 12oz and third R Wiggins with 3lbs 7oz. We now have R Wiggins and K Hodges on 20 points, W Dixon 19 points, and H Sadler 18 points. Roll on the next match. Tight lines to all. Henry Sadler.
