Over 60's match - Dobsons - 6.7.22
On a warm but blowy morning, twelve anglers prepared to tackle the moody Dobsons lake. Fishing was in general slow but fish eventually came to the net. The winner with an outstanding catch was Bill Bowsher, fishing peg 5, who weighed 19lbs 12oz (1 Carp, 3 Bream and 1 Roach). Second was Richard Wiggins on peg 40 with 7lbs 9oz, third Steve Myers, peg 37, with 4lbs 10oz. Hopefully catches will continue to improve with many matches over the next couple of months.
